摘要
河南省野菜资源极为丰富,共有415种,隶属91科226属。对野菜种类特点、生物学性状、食用部位、采集时期、生境等进行了统计与分析,阐述了野菜资源的地理分布,论述了河南省野菜的资源开发利用现状及充分合理开发利用的有效途径。
The wild vegetable resources in Henan Province are quite rich.The resource involves 91 families, 226 genera and 415 species.The statistics and analysis on the characteristics of species, biological properties, eatable parts,the time of collection, and environment of growth were conducted.The geographical distributions of wild vegetable resources were given in the present paper.The present situation and the ways of rational exploitation and utilization of wild vegetable resources were also discussed.
