摘要
在柔性约束规划概念的基础上,加入发电出力调整部分,分别对同步和异步规划这两种可能解决的方法进行建模、求解,并与传统的规划方法分别进行了比较.在证明其经济性、可行性的同时,分别讨论了它们的优缺点.
Based on the concept of planning with flexible constraints, two different mathematical models of adopting generation adjustment were established. As the generation is adjusted in different ways the two models are called synchronous planning and asynchronous planning respectively. Compared with each other and with traditional method, advantages and disadvantages of the models were discussed.
