黑稻的新品种选育及应用研究(一)──育成品系的Fe、Zn、Ca、Se四种矿质元素的含量 被引量:2

摘要 用等离子体发射光谱仪分析测定了49个水稻品种(其中有45个黑稻品系、4个白米品种)的糙米和12个水稻品种的精米中铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、硒(Se)四种矿质原素的含量。给果表明:45个黑稻品系的Fe、Zn、Ca、Se四种矿质元素的含量变幅分别为3.6~75.71、15.24~95.27、83.37~407.08、0.0187~0.0851(μg/g),品系间四种元素的含量差异很大;除Se的含量白米显著高于黑米外,Fe、Zn、Ca的平均含量白米和黑米间无显著差异;糙米中四种矿质元素的含量高于相应的精米;稻米中Zn和Ca的含量有极显著的正相关关系。 Authors determined the content of four telements Fe, Zn, Ca and Se in 49 of varieties from unpolished rice and 12 of varieties from refined rice with plasma photometer.The result of the experiment indicated those content of four elements at 45 of lines from black rice were 3.6~75.71,15.24~95.27, 83.37~407.08 and 0. 0187~0. 0851 (μg/g) respectively.The difference of content of four elements among the lines of black rice is very remarkable but there is no explicit difference at average content of Fe, Zn and Ca between win ie rice and black rice except the content of Selium in white rice is much higher than that of black rice.The content of four elements in unpolished rice is higher than that of refined rice,and the content of Zinc and Calcium in both kinds of rice is still keeping posttive correlations.
