摘要
在考察国内外离职文献基础上,本研究以 Lee 等(1999)员工主动离职多路径演进模型为研究基础,提出假设,并以武汉市35岁以下有过离职经历的青年工作族群体为研究对象,对模型进行了实证检验,得出对离职理论发展和对管理实践都有所助益的统计分析结论。
This paper reviews the reality of voluntary turnover from the reform and opening-up in China,and the literature on voluntary turnover at home and abroad.Based on the Lee et al.(1999)'s unfolding model of voluntary turnover,the paper develops the hypotheses,which are empirically tested among youth staffs in Wuhan who are below 35 and have experience of voluntary turnover,and gets the conclusions useful to turnover theory and practice.Finally,this research gives suggestions and implications on practice of employee retainment.
