摘要
分析和论证了宏观层次上的国家创新系统、中观层次上的区域创新系统和微观层次上的企业创新系统3者之间的相互关系,揭示了在区域创新系统中重点构建城市创新系统的必要性和重要性,点明了城市创新系统的含义,并给出了城市创新系统的结构模型。
This paper analyzes and demonstrates the mutual relations among the national innovation system on the macroscopic level, the regional innovation system on the middle-level and the enterprise innovation system on the microcosmic level, reveals the necessity and importance of setting emphatically up the urban innovation system in the regional innovation system, expounds the meaning of the urban innovation system, and puts forward the structural mode of the urban innovation system.
