摘要
基于万维网(Web)方式的全视角绩效考核系统能克服人工操作所带来的费时费力、保密性差等缺点。以广东省电力通信公司绩效考核系统为例, 阐述了基于Web方式的全视角绩效考核系统的设计思路、关键技术和具体的系统设计方案。
The Web-based 360-degree performance evaluating system can overcome the time-consuming,painstaking and poor privacy drawbacks of manual operation.Citing the performance evaluating system in Guangdong Power Communication Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper expounds the design direction,key techniques and detailed design solution of the Web-based 360-degree performance evaluating system.
