摘要
本文在对项目风险、区域风险认识的基础上,系统分析了项目面临的政策法规风险、经济波动风险、产业风险、社会政治风险、金融与资本市场风险和人力资源风险等区域风险,运用三维结构分析方法绘制了项目区域风险的波纹曲线。而后从项目所处区域宏观环境的角度探讨了实现项目区域风险预警的可能性和必要性,并概要提出了项目区域风险的预警机制。
Based on the understanding of project risk and regional risk, the article analyzes that the systematical frame and three - dimensionality structure curve directed against the project's regional risk, such as the political - legal risk, the economy fluctuated risk, the industry risk, the social and political risk and human resource risk. Then from the view - point of region environment, the article presents the possibility and necessity of the regional risk. And also a forewarn mechanism for regional risk is chiefly suggested.
