摘要
基于风险理论和人力资本理论 ,本文提出了人力资本贬值风险的概念 ,并从科技发展、企业投资行为、员工积累和支配行为角度分析了影响人力资本贬值风险的因素 ,最后给出衡量风险大小的指标。
On the basis of the theory of human capital, the definition of the risk of human capital depreciation is pointed out and the causes are put forward from three aspects. In addition, the indexes to measure the risk are suggested in the paper.
