摘要
目的探讨复方中药渴乐饮对四氧嘧啶实验性糖尿病大鼠胰岛B细胞形态及功能的影响。方法以四氧嘧啶腹腔内注射制成大鼠糖尿病模型，观察复方中药渴乐饮对大鼠胰岛B细胞形态及功能的影响。用放免法测定血清胰岛素水平，光镜观察B细胞形态。统计学处理采用方差分析。结果复方中药渴乐饮对正常大鼠B细胞形态及功能无显著影响，可预防或减轻四氧嘧啶所致的大鼠B细胞形态和功能的破坏。对已破坏了的B细胞形态和功能有一定的改善作用。结论复方中药渴乐饮对四氧嘧啶所致的大鼠B细胞形态和功能的破坏有一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective To research the effects of tranditional Chinese medicine keleyin complex on.the morphology and function of the islet B cells in the alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Methods The experimental diabetes model was established in rats by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan. The effects of keleyin complex on the morphology and function of islet B cells were observed. The serum insulin level was measured by radioimmunoassay.The morphology of the B cells was observed hy microscope.Results The keleyin complex has not any effects on the morphology and function of the B cells in normal rats, but it can prevent the morphological and functional destruction of B cells induced by injected alloxan in rats, and it also can improve some destroyed morphology and function of the B cells in alloxan-uinduced diabetic rats.Conclusion The keleyin complex possessed some prephylactic and therapeutic effects on the morphological and functional destruction caused by alloxan in the experimental rats.
