摘要
目的探讨复方中药渴乐饮对实验大鼠抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。方法以四氧嘧啶腹腔注射造成大鼠糖尿病模型,观察复方中药渴乐饮对糖尿病中药治疗组、中药正常对照组及糖尿病中药预防组大鼠血清及组织中过氧化脂质的影响,并与正常对照组、糖尿病对照组和糖尿病胰岛素治疗组大鼠相比较。用硫代巴比土酸法测过氧化脂质。以游泳时间观察复方中药渴乐饮对大鼠的抗疲劳作用。组间比较采用方差分析及t检验。结果复方中药渴乐饮可明显降低正常大鼠和糖尿病大鼠血清及组织中过氧化脂质水平(P<0.01),也可显著延长大鼠的游泳时间(P<0.01)。结论复方中药渴乐饮对实验大鼠具有明显的抗氧化和抗疲劳作用。
Objective To research the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Keleyin complex on the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidtion in the experimental rats.Methods The exPerimental diabetes model was established in rats by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan.The effects of KeIeyin complex on the lipid peroxide (LPO) of the sera and tissues in the group of diabetic rats treated by Keleyin, the group of normal rats treated by Keleyin, and the group of diabetic rats prevented with Keleyin was determined, and compared with the normal control, diabetic control and diabetic rats treated by insulin.The LPO was determined by thiobarbituric acid reaction. The swimming time of the rats was observed to determine effect of the anti-fatgue.The all data of groups were compared by analysis of variance and t test.Results The Keleyin complex can decrease significantly the LPO levels of sera and tissues in normal and diabetic rats (p<0.01 ), and prolong the swimming time of the rats (p<0.01 ).Conclusion The Keleyin complex possesses definite anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation in the experimental rats.
