植入大鼠听皮质的胎鼠内侧膝状体分化发育的研究

摘要 将E15胎鼠内侧膝状体植入到成年大鼠听皮质内,移植后60d取材,石蜡切片,用Nissl's法、Weil's法和PTAH染色。光镜观察见:移植物神经元散在分布,其体积较正常内侧膝状体神经元为小,排列密集。其中有核膜深染、核浆着色深的神经元。Weil's法染色移植物中有髓纤维不易辨认。 Ei5 fetal rat medial geniculate body was transplanted into the fabricated hole in auditory cortex ofadult Wistar rat.Grafts were obtained on the 60th-day after transplan tation,then sectioned withparaffin embedding.Slides were stained with Nissl,Weil,and PTAH methods,then observed underIight microscope. The neurons of graft are dispersed but arranged densely. The volume of graft neuronis smaller than that of normal medial geniculate body cell.There are some graft neurons with heavynucleus membrane and much chromalin,It is difficult to identify the mvelinated nerve fiber in weil'spreparation of grafts.
