摘要
城市人口集中,是一个地区的经济中心,减少城市地震灾害损失对于保护人民生命安全,保持经济持续发展意义重大。分析了地震对现代城市造成的破坏和影响,从地震预测、城市防灾规划、建筑物抗震设计以及人民群众的防灾教育等方面探讨了有效减轻地震灾害的措施。
The city,which is concentrated with the population, is the economic center of a region. The misstatement of the damage caused by the urban earthquake has important significance for protecting the safety of people's life and maintaining sustainable economic development.This paper analyzes on the damage and influence of the earthquake on the modern city,and probes into the measures for the effective misstatement of the earthquake disaster from the earthquake forecasting,urban disaster prevention planning,buildings' anti-earthquake designing, disaster prevention education for the people,etc.
