摘要
当2008年奥运会的筹备工作正进入紧锣密鼓的阶段,各专项行动规划也已经全面展开,奥运食品工程计划也备受食品界人士关注。根据食品学术界人士的研讨与交流的经验,并参考了北京奥运行动的总体计划,从战略目标、重点任务和保障体系建设等几个角度,提出了奥运绿色食品工程行动计划的构想。
When the 2008 olympic games is approaching to a pressing phase, all the special programs have already been put into full operation, among which the olympic food engineering program has drawn much attention. According to the discussion and communication of the academia on food, as well as the general plan of Beijing olympic strategy, this essay proposes the conception of the olympic green food engineering plan from such aspects as strategic objectives, main tasks and the establishment of the guaranteeing system.
