纳络酮对大鼠急性缺血缺氧后脑啡肽、强啡肽含量的影响

摘要 目的 :施加正、负加速度交替作用后 ,研究纳络酮对大鼠脑组织脑啡肽、强啡肽的含量及尾部痛阈的影响。方法 :将大鼠随机分成三组 :正常组、生理盐水组和纳络酮组。每组中又施加以 +1加速度 (+Gz)、高 +Gz和±Gz(正、负加速度 )交替的作用。作用后即刻进行甩尾反射潜伏期的测定 ,之后断头取同一侧脑组织 ,测定脑啡肽、强啡肽的含量变化。结果 :生理盐水组与正常组比较无显著性差异 ,两组中施加高 +Gz和±Gz交替作用与 +1Gz比较 ,均可使脑啡肽、强啡肽含量增多 ,痛阈增高 ,且±Gz交替作用明显 ;纳络酮组与正常组和生理盐水组比较在施加高 +Gz和±Gz交替的作用后脑组织中脑啡肽、强啡肽的含量减少 ,有显著性差异 ,大鼠甩尾反射潜伏期缩短。结论 :高 +Gz和±Gz交替作用均可使脑组织中脑啡肽、强啡肽含量增多 ,痛阈增高 ;且±Gz交替作用更明显。纳络酮可以减少脑啡肽、强啡肽含量 。 Objective:To study the effects of naloxone on the tail pain threshold and the content of enkephalin and dynophin in brain tissue in rats after alternating action of positive acceleration(+Gz)and negative acceleration(-Gz).Methods:Ninety rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal group,saline group and naloxone group.+Gz action,high +Gz action and ±Gz alternating action were performed on the rats.Afte that ,the tail-flickering latency was immediately detected.And then,the changes of the enkephalin contents and dynophin content in the same brain tissue were measured.Results:No significant differences were found between normal group and saline group.Compared with +Gz action,both high +Gz action and ±Gz alternating action in two groups resulted in significant increases of the contents of enkephalin and dynophin and the pain threshold,and the changes caused by ±Gz alternating action were more remarkable.Compared with that in normal group and saline group,high +Gz and ±Gz action resulted in decreases of the content of enkephalin and dynophin and shortened the tail-flickering latency.Conclusion:Both high +Gz and ±Gz alternating action can increase the content of enkephalin and dynophin and the pain threshold,and effects of ±Gz alternating action are more remarkabhle.Naloxone can decrease the content of enkephalin and dynophin and the pain threshold in rats.
