三种药物对海拔3700m移居青年亚极量运动心率的影响

摘要 目的 :研究筛选改善高原移居青年做功效率的药物。方法 :对海拔 3 70 0m已习服的 40名士兵随机分为 4组 ,每组 10人。在上午让受试者用EGM型踏车功量机做坐位踏车运动。初始负荷功率 2 5W ,每 3min递增 50W ,递增至2 2 5W踏车 3min后终止。用直线回归法计算每位受试者 90W运动心率 (HR90W)。然后 4组受试者分别口服酪氨酸、乙酰唑胺、依那普利加硝苯地平、安慰剂 (对照组 ) ,2次 /d ,连服 15d。在服药 10、 15d和停药 10、 3 0d时重复上述运动实验。采用组间与组内比较 ,双因素方差分析q检验。结果 :服药 10、 15d、停药 10、 2 0d时 ,酪氨酸组、乙酰唑胺组、依那普利组HR90W,较服药前及对照组降低 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :酪氨酸、乙酰唑胺及依那普利加硝苯地平均能提高高原移居青年的做功效率 ,其药物的良性作用可维持 2 0d以上。 Objective: To study and choose drugs to improve the mec hanical efficiency of healthy young people migrating to high altitude. Met hods: Forty soldiers at 3700 meters altitude were randomly divided into 4 groups In morning they did riding exercise with sitting position by using EGM bi cycle ergometers. The initial loading power was 25W, which increased by 50W ever y 30 minutes. Three minutes after it increased to 225W, the exercise stopped. Li near regression was used to calculate every subjects exercise heart rate when loading power was 90W (HR 90W ). Then the subjects in the 4 groups orally to ok tryosine, acetazolamide, enalapril maleate plus nifedipine and placebo, respe ctively, twice per day. They continuously took medicine for 15 days. All the sub jects repeatedly did riding exercise on the 10 th and 15 th day when t aking medicine, and on the 10 th and 20 th day after stopping medicine . Comparison of HR 90W both in group and among groups was made. Resul ts: On the 10 th and 15 th day when taking medicine, and on the 10 th and 20 th day after stopping medicine, HR 90W in tryosine g roup, acetazolamide group and enalapril group was significantly lower in compari s on with that in placebo group or that before taking medicine (P<0 01). C onclusion: Tryosine, acetazolamide and enalapril maleate plus nifedipine can all improve the mechanical efficiency of young people migrating to high alti tude. Its optimal action can last over 20 days.
