车门是机车车体的重要部件,是司乘、维修人员的通道口,它具有分隔空间、密封防雨、隔音消音、保温隔热等功能,紧急情况下作为逃生救护通道。通过回顾大连机车车辆有限公司使用过的铁路干线机车车门,浅析其结构特点,并对比介绍了近年来新开发的两种铝合金结构车门。
The car door is a key part of a car body.It is an aisle for the drivers and maintenance stuff,and it has the functions of separating rooms,sealing and rain-proof,isolating and reducing noise,and thermal insulation,etc.In an emergency,it can be the escaping exit.This paper reviews the car doors which are used in the main-line locomotives manufactured by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Ltd.,and describes their structural characteristics,and also introduces and compares the two kinds of aluminium car doors developed in resent years.
