摘要 铁路货运营销管理信息系统是呼和浩特铁路局于2003年建立的面向“铁路跨越式发展”的大型综合铁路货运营销管理系统。系统工程将重点围绕货运营销业务的综合管理和可视化分析,以现有的货票系统和货运营销与生产管理系统(FMOS)为基础,对相关信息系统进行整合,结合Web-GIS技术强大的空间分析处理能力,分别建立路局级、站段级货运营销管理信息系统。系统实现了货运收入统计分析、货运吸引区电子地图、基于货运计划、货票和重点货主的营销分析等功能,并结合客户关系管理(CRM)理念,着重体现了对重点货主的营销分析。这一系统的建设将大大提高呼和浩特铁路局货运营销管理水平,为提高铁路运输企业市场开发能力提供强有力的手段。 Railway Freight Marketing Information System was a large comlicated system which was first built at Huhhot Railway Administration under the call of “railway leaping development ”. The System could provide integrated management and visual analysis of freight marketing operations. Based on Freight Ticket System and Freight Operation System and the powerful capability of analysis of spacial data management of Web-GIS, it was integrated relavent information and built bureau-level and station-level Freight Marketing Information System. The function of the System included analysis and statistics of freight income, digital map of freight domain and marketing analysis based on freight plan and freight tickets. Combined with the idea of CRM-Customer Relationship Management, the System was emphasized on the marketing analysis of consignors. The System successfully helped Huhhot Railway Administration on both methods of freight management and ability of marketing development.
