摘要
随着中国"入世"后快餐业的迅猛发展,中式快餐和西式快餐之间的竞争日趋激烈,通过对其现状的分析,认为中式快餐能否迅速崛起并走向成熟关键在于经营者要科学地分析西式快餐的成功经验,正确认识中式快餐的现状,做到相互融合扬长避短,并结合我国经济发展水平和市场需求状况,有计划、有步骤地推进中式快餐的发展,走出一条有中国特色的快餐发展道路。
With the rapid development of fast-food industry after China's entry into WTO, the competition between the Chinese-style fast food and Western-style fast food is getting ever-increasingly fierce. On the basis of a analysis to the current situation of fast-food marker, it is concluded that a scientific analysis to the successful experience of Western-style fast food, a right understanding of the current situation of Chinese-style fast food will help the fast-food industry in our country to witness a rapid rise and development into maturity. Besides, the domestic level of economic development and market demand should be taken into account to maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones. Only in this way can the fast-food industry in our country develop in a planned gradual way, so that a development road with Chinese characteristics can be opened.
