摘要
本文从经济增长理论出发来解释科技进步，并给予严格定义。在此基础上用严格的数学方法导出了科技进步的估算公式。
Abstract In this paper we give a rigorous definition about the'technical progress'and based on this definition we give the standarded methods for measuring the technical progress.
