摘要
用中草药配伍组成增乳添加剂，研究对奶山羊泌乳性能的作用。阐明ｃＡＭＰ在增乳过程中的作用。结果表明，增乳添加剂对产奶量、乳品质及乳中ｃＡＭＰ含量均有极显著或显著的增高作用。试验组产奶量极显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；产奶量随ｃＡＭＰ的增加而上升，二者呈极显著正相关（试验组ｒ＝０．９８７７，Ｐ＜０．０１）；试验组乳脂、乳蛋白含量显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The increase milk additive used in the research consists of traditional Chinese medicinethat has strengthening yang ,tonifying energen and activating the blood and removing bloodstasis. The dairy goats are used as test animals. The concentration of cAMP in milk was de-termined by radio-immunoassay and the concentration of lactose, fat and prote in in milk were determined using in freared spectroscopic assay. At the same time, the milk yield wasrecorded.The objective of the research is to observe the effects of the incrase milk additiveon the lactation performance of dairy goats and expound the function of the cAMP has in theprocess of increase milk yield.The results show that the increase milk additive has signifi- cant increase action. The best group milk yield is significant higher than that of controlgroup( P <0.01) :The milk yield is increase with cAMP's increases,both of which shows asignificant positive relative(test group r=0.9877, P <0.01);the fat and protein content oftest group are sigificant higher than that of control group( P <0. 05)
