奶山羊催乳复合青贮苹果渣饲料的研制 被引量:6

Research on Composite Silage of Apple Pomace for Promoting Lactation of Dairy Goat

摘要 旨在开发奶山羊复合青贮苹果渣催乳饲料。选择混合菌型,添加到苹果渣中青贮30d,然后利用发酵苹果渣对奶山羊进行30d的饲喂试验。将33只奶山羊按照配对试验设计原则平均分成对照组、苹果渣发酵组(Ⅰ)和苹果渣发酵添加中草药组(Ⅱ)。测定发酵后苹果渣的粗纤维、脂肪和糖含量,发现它们分别下降22.89%、31.99%和96.69%;与对照组比较,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的乳成分(脂肪、非脂固形物、蛋白质、乳糖、灰分)极显著提高(P<0.01),产奶量显著提高(P<0.05),但Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的产奶量和乳成分差异均不显著。在饲料中添加发酵苹果渣可以提高奶山羊的生产性能,而发酵苹果渣中添加中草药与前者的作用差异不显著。 The objective of the present study was to develop composite silage of apple pomace for pro- moting lactation of dairy goat. Mixed bacteria were added directly into apple pomace to ferment for 30 days. 30 days feeding experiment was conducted. 33 dairy goats were divided into 3 groups with diets as follows, control diet, diet supplemented with composite apple pomace silage( I ), diet supplemen- ted with composite apple pomace silage and Chinese herbal medicine( Ⅱ ). The result showed that the content of crude fibre, fat and sugar declined by 22.89%, 31.99% and 96.69%, respectively;The milk compositions (fat, lactose, non-fat solids, ash and protein) of groups I and Ⅱ were significantly (P〈0.01) higher than those of the control. The milk yield in groups I and Ⅱ were remarkable (P〈 0.05) compared with the control, whereas there were no evident difference between group I and group Ⅱ in milk yield and composition. Diet supplemented with composite apple pomace silage can improve milk performance of dairy goats, but diet supplemented with composite apple pomace silage and Chi- nese herbal medicine did not have more significant effect than the effect of the former.
