摘要
测定了小麦网腥黑粉菌［Ｔｉｌｅｔｉａｃａｒｉｅｓ（Ｄｃ．）Ｔｕｌ．］和光腥黑粉菌［Ｔ．ｆｏｅｔｉｄａ（Ｗａｌｌｒ．）Ｌｉｒｏ．］冬孢子的红外光谱，获得了谱图，两种光谱的差异较大，而同种的光谱则较为相似。光腥的光谱各吸收带的强度均较高，且酰胺Ⅰ，Ⅱ两带的分离度较好；网腥光谱的强度则较低，酰胺Ⅰ，Ⅱ两带的分离度较差，酰胺Ⅱ呈现一个宽斜肩峰。据此，可用于两种孢子的鉴别。
The infrared spectra of Teliospores of Tilletia caries (DC)Tul.and T.foetida(Wallr.)Liro.and recorded.Greater distinction exists in different species spec-tra. The bands of amide I and amide Ⅱ T. foetia show.higher intensity and clearer sep-aration than those of T.caries,Therefore,this can be used for rapid differentiation andidentification of different species. The result above is in agreement with that of morpho-logical identification.
