摘要
《南方护理学报》办刊 10余年 ,近 2年能实现飞跃式发展 ,主要是由于编辑部适应市场经济的形势 ,实施“以读者为中心”战略 ,紧贴读者需求 ,不断推出新的举措 :1)针对临床一线护理人员外出学习机会少 ,接收新信息、新知识受客观条件限制的现状 ,率先推出以刊授形式举办继续教育项目护理新业务新技术学术交流 ;2 )为了更好地为读者服务 ,从 2 0 0 3年4月开始 ,向读者推出“一对一”写作辅导活动。这些做法留住了原有的读者 ,吸引了潜在的读者 ,为学报发展奠定了坚实的群众基础 ,学报的影响力显著提升 ,发行量由原来的 1.5万余册一跃为 7.5万~ 12万余册。
The leap of Nanfang Journal of Nursing in recent two years since its initiation a decade ago owes to the readers-centered strategy to a great extent to adapt itself to the market economy. The new strategy focuses on the following measures. The first is combination of the continued education project into the journal to promote the academic exchange of new nursing business and technology, aiming at the status that the clinical nurses have few chances to learn new information and knowledge; The second is initiation of 'face-to-face' guidance of academic writing from April 2003, which has not only retained the former readers but also has appealed to more possible readers, so that the publication has skyrocketed from 15 thousand to 75 or even 120 thousand volumes, 5-8 times larger than before.
