摘要 该文首先指出,随着我国建筑能耗比例的不断增加,如何更加有效地实施建筑节能设计已成为当务之急。但由于设计技术的限制,使得建筑设计师在进行设计时,无法对设计方案进行良好的节能分析,从而造成其建筑设计无法达到理想的节能效果。接着,简单介绍了BIM技术。该技术能对工程对象进行完整的描述。这样,建筑师运用BIM技术,作设计的过程,就是建造一个真实建筑的过程,从而能体现节能的效果。最后,阐述了BIM技术在建筑节能设计的实践。其论述可供同行参考。 The article firstly points out it is the top priority how to more efficiently implement the architecture energy conservation design with the continuous increment of architecture energy consumption proportion.Owing to the limitation of design technology, the energy conservation of architecture design is hard to use in the practical projects. Then the article briefly introduces the BIM technology. This technology can completely describe the engineering object. Thus, the BIM technology used in design process is a process to build a real building so as to reflect the effect of energy conservation. Finally, the article sets forth the practice of BIM technology in the design of architecture energy conservation.
