摘要
目的 :探索针刺对单纯性肥胖病患者体重及血瘦素水平的影响。方法 :选择 60例年龄 18～ 65岁 ,体重指数 (BMI) 2 5～ 44kg/m2 的单纯性肥胖病患者 ,采用针刺、埋线、游罐的方法治疗 ,系统观察治疗前后患者的体重、体重指数、腰围、血瘦素的变化。结果 :单纯性肥胖病患者经该针疗治疗后体重、体重指数、腰围、血瘦素均明显下降。结论 :针疗法对单纯性肥胖病患者体重。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on weight and serum levels of leptin in simple obesity.Methods:A total of 60 subjects with simple obesity,18～65 years old,with body mass index (BMI) ranging from 25 to 44 kg/m^2 were treated with acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding therapy and moving cupping.The changes of body weight,body mass index(BMI)and serum levels of leptin were observed before and after acupuncture.Results:After acupuncture treatment,the body weight,BMI,serum levels of leptin were all markedly lowed (P<0.01).Conclusion:Regulative actions of acupuncture on the levels of body weight and serum levels of leptin in the simple obesity.
