摘要
目的 :对采自湖南省四个不同产地的灰毡毛忍冬藤的主要成分绿原酸、挥发油含量进行比较 ,为选育优良品种提供依据。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定样品中绿原酸的含量。按《中国药典》2 0 0 0年版附录XD挥发油测定乙法测定挥发油含量。结果 :隆回产的总挥发油含量最高 (0.5 % ) ;其次为武岗和邵东产 ,分别为 0. 3 2 %和 0. 2 % ;最低为祁东产的 ,含量为 0. 1%。绿原酸含量也以隆回产为最高 (2.66% ) ;其次为祁东和邵东产的 ,分别为 2. 3 5 %和 2. 3 1% ;最低为武岗产的 ,为 2.0 7%。结论 :灰毡毛忍冬藤主要成分的含量与产地有着一定关系 ,不同产地含量不尽相同 。
Objective:Compare and contrast main components in the ratan of Lonicera macranthoides Hands Mazz.,which are from different producing areas in hunan province,providing basis for improving breed.Method:Use spectrophotometer to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the sample;according to the 《Chinese pharmacopoeia》(appendix XD),using the second way of volatile oil's determination to study.Result:A.For the content of volatile oil ,the highest is 0.5%,which is from Longhui country;the second is 0.32% and 0.2%,from Wugang and Shaodong country respectively the lowest is 0.1%,from Qidong country.b.For the content of chlorogenic acid, the highest is 2.66%,which is from Longhui country;the second is 2.35% and 2.31%,from Qidong and Shaodong county respectively;the lowest is 2.07%,from Wugang county.Conclusion:There is certainly relation between content of main components and producing area,when improving breed, the best should be selected.
