摘要
目的:观察加减皱肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者临床症状及肺功能的影响。方法:将60例COPD病情分级为Ⅰ～ⅡA级的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组共两组。对照组于稳定期不进行任何干预。治疗组服加减皱肺汤,3日1剂;疗程为6个月,比较两组对COPD稳定期患者临床症状、肺功能的影响。结果:两组患者的FEV1、FEV1%临床观察前后及其差值比较无统计学意义,从绝对值看,治疗组FEV16个月平均下降约10mL,FEV1%下降约01%;对照组则分别下降约60mL及1%。主要症状(咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、自汗、易感冒、气短)和体征(哮鸣音)方面,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组治疗前后差值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加减皱肺汤可以延缓肺功能下降趋势;
Objective:To observe effects of ZHOU FEI TANG treatment on lung function and clinical symptoms in COPD patients of steady stage.Methods:60 COPD patients of stage Ⅰ～ⅡA were Randomly allocated to treatment group(ZHOU FEI TANG treatment)and control group.There was notreatment for the control group.The treatment group was given ZHOU FEI TANG,which was given one dose every 3 days.The observation period lasted 6 months.Clinical symptoms,lung function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:As for lung function FEV1,FEV1%,there was no significant difference between pre-treatment and after treatment and the difference.But for the absolute value,FEV1 of the treatment group decreased by 10mL in 6 months,FEV1% decreased by 0.1%;While FEV1 decreased by 60mL and FEV1% decreased by 1% in the control group.The main symptoms of cough,sputum,asthma,sweating,likely to catch common cold,short of breath,and sign of wheeze were better in the treatment group than in the control group.There was significant difference in difference of the scores between pre-treatment and after treatment in both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:ZHOU FEI TANG was able to slow decrease trend of lung function and improved clinical symptoms and signs.
