摘要
培养高层次创新人才是知识经济的需要 ,是全面建设小康社会的必然要求 ,是新时期教育发展的迫切需要。文章对深化大学教育教学改革 ,为高层次创新人才的培养营造良好的成长环境这一问题进行了讨论。
Cultivating higher innovation person with ability is the needs of knowledge economy .It's also the demands of roundly constructing comparatively well-off society and the demands of the lately education development .The objective of deepening university education reformation is construct favorable pullulating environment of cultivation higher innovation person with ability.
