摘要
《健康评估》作为护理专业的一门新课程,是顺应现代护理模式转变和整体护理发展的产物,如何体现出它与沿用已久的《诊断学》课程的区别,就需要在《健康评估》教学中抓住侧重点,突出护理特色,发展具有护理特色的护理评估系统,强调护理诊断的重要性和规范化。《健康评估》教学的最终目的是服务于临床护理工作,故应注重护理实践中应用性知识和技能的学习,包括护理资料的收集、与护理实践密切相关的技能操作、规范的护理病历书写能力等。
As a new course for nursing major, “Health Assessment” was outcome of modern conversion and holistic nursing care development. To differentiate it from traditional course of “Diagnostics”, we should grasp emphasis, stress nursing characteristic, develop nursing assessment system having nursing feature and emphasize importance and standardization of nursing diagnosis. The ultimate goal of teaching of “Health Assessment” was to serve clinical nursing work, so we should pay more attention to studying practical knowledge and technology, including: collection of nursing information, operative skills closely relative to nursing practice and writing ability of standard nursing case history etc.
