摘要
以系统论的观点看 ,城市化不仅仅是农业人口向非农业人口转移、或农业向非农业转移的过程 ,而是一个国家或地区的农村 ,由于人们对综合效益的追求 ,使生产要素向一定区域流动集中而产生的人们生产方式、交换方式、生活方式、思想观念转化升级和经济、政治、文化等社会活动向特定空间集聚的过程 ,是人类社会由低度文明向高度文明的系统进化。这一系统进化包括人的进化、产业的进化、交易方式的进化和生活方式的进化 ,其主要对象是农民 ,其动力是包括农民。
By using the system approach,urbanization is not only regarded as a process of transfer from agricultural population to non-agricultural population or from agriculture to non-agriculture,but also a process,for people pursuing comprehensive benefits and interests,of transformation and improvement of living style,exchange pattern,mode of production and way of thinking brought by the floatation of productive factors from rural areas to a certain region.It is,moreover,a process of centralization of social activities such as economic,political,cultural ones,etc.in a certain space.Above all,urbanization is a systematic evolution of civilization upgrading for the human society.Such evolution includes evolution of human beings,of industries,of exchange patterns and life-styles,in which peasants are playing the main role and material and mental benefits pursued by both peasants and urban dwellers or other social institutions are the motive force.
