摘要 进行了微生物浸出低品位铜矿的研究。用从矿山分离的对Fe2+和元素硫氧化活性高的细菌浸出低品位黄铜矿,摇瓶浸出21d,矿石中铜的浸出率为26.8%;柱式渗滤浸出32d,矿石中铜的浸出率为14.5%。 The paper describes the research on bioleaching of low-grade copper ore. The low-grade chalcopyrite separated from the mine is leached by bacteria that are highly active to Fe^2+ and elemental sulfur in term of oxidation in a shaking bottle for 21 days, the recovery rate of copper from the ore is 26.8%; in case of columntype percolation leaching for 32 days, the recovery rate of copper from the ore is 14.5%.
