摘要
利用高分辨透射电子显微镜研究Rb3C(60)超导材料中多相共生现象.在超导主晶相Rb3C(60)中镶嵌某些非超导RbxC(60)(x=4,6)微畴,形成此体系多相共存的显微结构特性.各相间无明显界面,通过共格或轻度晶格畸变相互长入.经分析认为:这种多相共生现象与RbxC(60)(x=0,3,4,6)二元系各相的相关系、结晶学取向关系及材料制备的阶段扩散过程有关.
The multiphase intergrowth in RbxC(60) system was investigated by a high resolution transmission electron microscope(HREM). It was found that small domains of nonsuperconducting phases RbxC(60)(x=4 and/or 6) tvers surrounded by the superconducting phase Rb3C(60) This was an important microstructral feature in the system. There were no evident boundaries between these phases, so they had tendency to intergrow in the model of the Coincidence-Site-Lattice(CSL) or to match or mismatch with a little distortion at phase boundaries. Conclusively, the multiphase intergrowth is related to the phase relationship in RbxC(60) twr-component system, the crystalline orientation, and the staged deffusion process in preparation.
