摘要
用高效液相色谱外标法对 2- 肼基 - 4 ,6- 二甲基嘧啶进行定量分析 ,以V甲醇∶V水 =90∶10为流动相 ,采用Kromasil 10 0 5C18色谱柱和紫外检测器。方法标准偏差为 0 .0 5 3,变异系数为 0 . 0 2 4 % ,平均回收率为 99 .6 %。
A method was established for the determination of 2- hydrazino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine by HPLC on Kromasil 100-5C 18 column with UV-absorbance detector and methanol:water (90∶10,V/V) as mobile phase.The standard deviation was 0.053,the RSD was 0.024 and recovery was 99.6%.
