摘要 目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达与宫颈癌生物学行为特征的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化法 (SP)检测 78例宫颈癌中 VEGF的表达 ,以 2 5例正常宫颈组织为对照。结果 :(1) VEGF在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为 4 1.0 %(32 /78) ,明显高于对照组的 8.0 % (2 /2 5 ) (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 ) VEGF阳性表达率在宫颈癌临床分期≤ b期者 (18.6 % )明显低于≥ a期者 (6 8.6 % ) (P<0 .0 1) ;淋巴结无转移者 (30 .0 % )明显低于有转移者 (6 0 .7% ) (P<0 .0 5 ) ;并随病理分化程度 (高、中、低分化 )的降低 ,其阳性表达率显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF的表达与宫颈癌的浸润转移等生物学行为关系密切 ,在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the biological behavior in human cervical carcinoma. Methods: VEGF expression was examined in 78 cervical carcinomas and 25 normal cervical specimens. Results: VEGF expression was significantly higher in cervical carcinomas than that in controls (41.0% vs 8%, P<0.01). VEGF was highly expressed in stage IIa or more and those with nodal metastasis compared with in stage Ib or less and those without metastasis (P<0.01~0.05). There was a positive correlation between VEGF expression and tumor differentiation. Conclusion: VEGF expression is related to the invasive growth and metastasis of human cervical carcinoma, which plays an important role in the development and progression.
