摘要
动物自由饮用含铅0~8.4mmol/L醋酸铅水溶液4周后测定其免疫功能。结果发现血清初次抗SRBC抗体和切次免疫应答水平呈小剂量组显著增高,大剂量组有所下降的双向反应,再次免疫应答大剂量组比小剂量组有更强的抑制作用;铅对外周血T细胞ANAE活性的抑制存在剂量-反应和时间-反应关系;从细胞和整体水平都显示铅染毒组巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显降低。表明铅对机体的体液、T细胞和巨噬细胞的免疫功能都有一定的毒性作用。
The Immune functions were determined after the ratsandmice were given lead (08. 4 mmol/L)in their drinking water for 4 weeks. The results showed that primary antiSRBC antibody and primary immune response levels were significantly higher in low dose group than in control group ,while lower in high dose group. The secondary immune response had shown stronger inhibition in high dose group than that in low dose group.The dose-response and time-response relationships were observed in the effects of lead to the peripheral blood. T lymphocyte ANAE activity.The phagocytosis of macrophages of lead-treated significantly decreased both at cellular and whole animal levels.The results indicated that lead could affect humoral, immune functions immunity and the immune functions of T lymphocytes and macrophages.
