摘要 以大肠杆菌诱导的柞蚕蛹免疫血淋巴为例,介绍一种SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳后的凝胶原位检测抗菌活性组 分的生物自显影技术,该技术适用于鉴定各种不同生物体来源的样品中起活性作用的抗菌蛋白或抗菌肽。 A bioautography technique was established to detect the anti - microbial protein activity in situ on the gel after SDS - PAGE. The determination of the antibacterial factors in the immunized hemolymph of Chinese oak silkworm (Antherea pernyi) is described as an example in this paper. The technique can be adopted to determine the anti - microbial proteins or peptides in the samples from various organisms.
