大头金蝇幼虫、蛹免疫系统对大肠杆菌诱导的应答

摘要 体内注入活体大肠杆菌后,诱导大头金蝇幼虫和蛹产生抗菌物质。检测到的抗菌物质包括抗菌肽和凝集素,分别于注射后48小时和36小时达到高峰。诱导后幼虫血淋巴稀释100倍,对金黄色葡萄球菌致死率仍达20%。聚丙烯酰胺电泳显示诱导后的幼虫和蛹血淋巴均比对照增加了4条染色带,另有2条染色带染色明显加深。 Antibacterial peptides were induced in the larvae and pupae of Chrysomyia megacephala (Fab) by injections of viable E.coli. Lectin activities increased correspondently. The activities of antibacterial peptides and lectin reached the maxima at 48hrs and 36hrs respectively after injection. Electrophoresis showed that in haemolymph of induced larvae and pupae there were six bands more than the control.
