摘要
抗日战争期间侵华日军在华北地区曾灭绝人性地大规模制造"无人区",河北是重灾区。日军先后在长城沿线、冀西等地有计划地制造了大片"无人区"。在制造"无人区"过程中,日军实施残暴的"三光政策",不仅使"无人区"人民的生命财产遭罹毁灭性的灾难,而且使"无人区"乃至周边地区的社会生产力、经济和生态环境遭受了巨大的摧残和破坏。
During the anti-Japanese war, Japanese invaders make a large number of No-Human Zones in the north of China, and in the severely-stricken Hebei, in particular, along the Great Wall and other regions. Due to the looting-based attempts, the Japanese soldiers make not only savage atrocities by killing people, but also destructions of the social power, economics and ecological environment as well.
