摘要
对不同治疗方案治疗的３０例慢性再生障碍性贫血（ＣＡＡ）患者和１０例健康人骨髓做了超微结构观察。结果治疗前ＣＡＡ患者的骨髓造血细胞和非造血细胞形态、细胞核及细胞器均有不同程度的病变。经达那唑加中药、心得安加中药和变通ＳＳＬ三组治疗方案治疗后骨髓造血重建的形态学变化相同。临床缓解３～８个月，大部分患者骨髓已开始重建，治愈２年后，骨髓造血细胞和非造血细胞重建接近或等同于正常人。
casses with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)by means of differential scheme of treatment and 10 normal persons of bone marrow were observed in ultrastructure.The results showed that the morphology,nucleus and organs both hematopoietic cell and nohematopoietic cell in bone marrow with CAA before treatment had a significant difference pathologic changes.The hematopiesis reformation of bone marrow had the same morphology changes after treatment by Donazol the combination regimen of Chinese medicine,Propanolol the combination regimen of Chinese medicine and Stanozolol ,Securinine and Levamizole(SSL)on three therapeutic plan.The hematopiesis reformation of bone marrow has been begun on great maiority CAA about 3～8 month of the remission in clinical symptoms,but the reformation both the hematopoietic cell and nohematopoietic cell in bine marrow is similar to the normal persons about two years after cure.
