摘要
《中国人民银行法》赋予人民银行金融稳定的重要职责,建立金融稳定协调机制及预警监测体系、重点监控法人金融机构,成为基层央行的重任。要建立金融安全区,依靠地方政府全力维护辖区金融稳定发展。
The Law of the People's Bank of China endows the People's Bank of China (the PBC) with the vital obligation of maintaining financial stability. In this sense, the PBC's important tasks necessarily include: establishing the financial stability coordination mechanism; building up the warning & monitoring system; and focusing on the monitoring of corporate financial institutions. Therefore, it is imperative for us to create financial safety zones so as to spare no effort to maintain the steady financial development within the areas of jurisdiction by relying on the government's efforts.
