摘要
为了进一步探讨木本植物的诱导抗性对昆虫生长发育的影响并了解诱导抗性的作用机理 ,作者于 2 0 0 3年在北京林业大学采用生物测定的方法 ,研究了水杨酸甲酯熏蒸 2 4h后的黑杨对杨扇舟蛾生长发育的影响 .结果表明 ,水杨酸甲酯熏蒸能够诱导黑杨启动防御系统产生诱导抗性 ,取其叶片喂食的杨扇舟蛾生长发育受阻 ,表现为体重减轻 ,营养代谢能力明显下降 .证明降低昆虫体重及营养代谢能力是诱导抗性的生理机制之一 .
In order to discuss the mechanism and effect of induced resistance on the growth and development of woody plants, the authors used a biological method to measure the effect of Populus deltoides on Clostera anachoreta at Beijing Forestry University, which had been fumigated for 24 h by methyl salicylic acid, in 2003.The results show that methyl salicylic acid can induce systematic resistance in Populus deltoides. The Clostera anachoreta fed on leaves treated by methyl salicylic acid reveal that the weight has declined and the nutrient metabolism is obviously impaired. This study indicates that inhibiting nutrient metabolism is a mechanism of induced resistance which retards the growth and development of insects.
