摘要
介绍了一个应用于蓝牙系统的 2MHzCMOS限幅放大器 /接收功率指示计 .在限幅放大器电路设计中 ,采用一种新的限幅器以减小温度对功率指示计性能的影响 .仿真结果显示接收功率指示计的温度特性得到了补偿 ,它的指示范围在± 1dB误差范围内可以达到 5 2dB .整个电路功耗为 1 3.
A 2-MHz CMOS limiting amplifier and received signal strength indicator (RSSI) for bluetooth system is presented. In order to reduce the influence of temperature on RSSI, a novel limiter for the limiting amplifier is proposed. Simulation result shows that the temperature dependence of RSSI is compensated, and the indication range is greater than 52 dB within±1 dB linearity.The power consumption of the whole device is about 13.2 mW.
