摘要
在论述科技期刊对来稿进行审查的重要作用的基础上，指出了传统审稿程序存在的某些问题和不足，提出了改进传统审稿程序，提高审稿效率和质量的一些方法。
The importance of peer research of scientific papers in resarch journal is presented. A few errors and problems in classical method of peer review are pointed out. Some proposals concerning improvement of the classical method to peer review are given.
