摘要
在中学教育中,由于家庭环境、学校环境、社会环境的影响,加上学生自身因素及教师的教育观念教育方法滞后、道德意识淡薄、专业修养不足,导致师生间的信任度低。要提高教师在学生心中的信任度,应注意提高认识,尊重信任学生,增强信任投入、信任平衡和教师与学生的信任互换。
In middle school education, the influence of families, schools and the society as well as students' factors and teachers' backward conception and method, dim moral consciousness and insufficient professional cultivation lead to humble trust between teacher and student. In order to foster this trust, teachers should have a correct recognition of students, respect and trust them so as to strengthen the balance of mutual trust.
