摘要
本文介绍了五十年代中国科学院大连石油研究所开发的362-2氮化熔铁催化剂。它非常适合于费-托合成的流化床操作,其所达水平与该领域目前最有希望的催化剂及工艺流程发展水平仍可比拟。本文详细论述了该流程的特性,研讨了在反应器放大时所遇到的困难,特别是催化剂的粉碎问题。最后提出了解决这些问题的相应措施。
An improved nitrided fused iron catalyst (362-2) was developed in the fifties in Dalian Institute of petroleum of Chinese Acadamy of Sciences, which was quite suitable for use in a fluidized bed for F-T synthesis. It is competitive in performance with the most hopeful state-of-the-art catalyst and process in this area. The performance characteristics of this process are reviewed in details. The difficulties encountered, especially the disintegration of the catalyst in fluidized operation on the scaling-up of the reactor size are discussed and the ways to overcome these difficulties are proposed.
