摘要 本文考察了曱醇转化为丙烯用的Mg-ZSM-5催化剂在500℃下的水热稳定性,随着水处理时间的延长,其转化活性和C_2^-—C_4^-的收率下降,甲烷生成量增加,但产物中丙烯选择性不变。用TPD、XRD和IR表征,发现其原因是由于沸石骨架脱铝,导致B酸中心逐渐丧失。 In this paper, hydrothermal stability at 500℃ of Mg-ZSM-5 catalyst for methanol conversion to propene is studied. With the time of steam treatment,the activity of methanol conversion and yields of C_2^--C_4^- were decreased and the yield of methane was increased. But the selectivity to propene in the products remained the same. The charaterization study of the catalyst by TPD, XRD and IR indicated that the reason for that was the aluminum falling-off from the zeolite skeleton, resulting in the gradual loss of Brosted acid sites.
