摘要
根据钙离子在氢氧化钾的碱性溶液中，与茜素红Ｓ络合产生良好的极谱波这一特性，采用示波极谱仪测定儿童发钙。钙出峰电位－０．８９Ｖ，且钙离子浓度在０．０２５～０．６０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内与峰电流呈线性关系，相关系数０．９９９１。本法的平均回收率为９６．６％，平均变异系数为６．７％。用该法对６４名男女儿童发钙进行测定，发钙检出范围７８．３～９１０．７μｇ／ｇ。
In the solution of KOH,the complex compound of Ca￣2-and Alizarin Red S can produce a good electrochemical wave,According to this property,researchers determined the calcium in the hair of children with oscillopolarometer. The appearance wave voltage of calcium is-0. 89v and the linearity of this method ranges from 0.025 to 0.6μg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.9991.The average recovery were 91～96.3%and CV were 5.4～8.6%.We determined the calcium in the hair of 64 childern (included boys and girls) with this method and foumd its detectable range were 78.3～910. 7μg/g.
