摘要
用示波极谱法检测成都茶厂生产加工的茶叶及市售茶叶中铜、铅,其中铅含量合格率100%,铜含量合格率84.30%。烘青绿茶铅含量合格率仅为61.54%。手工茶合格率高于机制茶(P<0.05)。究其原因可能是茶叶在加工过程中受含铜金属机械加工设备与容器的影响所致。针对存在的问题提出了相应的预防对策。
The lead and copper content in tea processed by the Chengdu Tea Factory and some market available ones was determined usipg osoillo-polarographic method at1d the acceptable rate of lead was 100%while that of copper being 84.0%.The acceptable rate of copper content of'fried green tea'was only 61.54%.The qualification rate of manual tea was high than that of the machine-made tea(P<0.05) and the reason for this difference may be due to the contamination of copper from the machine or containers used in the proeess, The preventive measures are proposed for the existing problems.
