Assessment of contents of lead and copper in commercial tea in Shenzhen

摘要 目的:测定深圳市2006-2008年市售8类茶叶中铅铜含量,对其卫生质量状况进行评价,并比较8类茶叶中铅含量。方法:3年共采集茶叶样品229份,运用原子吸收光谱仪测定茶叶中铅铜含量,根据食品中污染物限量标准对茶叶卫生质量进行评价。结果:2006-2007年茶叶中铅铜含量均未超过国家标准,2008年107份茶叶中只有一份茶叶铅含量超过国家标准,铜含量均符合国家标准。人参乌龙茶铅平均含量为4.4 mg/kg,明显高于其它7类茶叶铅含量。结论:深圳市售茶叶整体卫生质量良好,人参乌龙茶铅平均含量较高。 Objective:The contents of lead and copper in commercial tea in Shenzhen were investigated during the period of 2006 to 2008 and their hygienic quality was measured,the contents of lead in eight kinds of tea were compared.Methods:229 tea samples were collected during three years and the contents of lead and copper were determined by atomic absorption spectrometer,their hygienic quality was measured refer to the standard values of maximum levels of contaminants in foods.Results:The contents of lead and copper in commercial tea were within the range of the GB standard during three years except one sample with ineligible lead content among 107 tea samples in 2008.The average concentration(4.4 mg/kg) of lead in ginseng oolong tea was higher than other seven kinds of tea.Conclusion:The sanitary status of commercial tea in Shenzhen is generally fine,the average concentration of lead in ginseng oolong tea is relatively high.
