摘要
本实验采用在黄鳝腹腔内注入秋水仙素，然后取未成熟性腺进行空气干燥法制片，Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染色，获得了较好的性原细胞有丝分裂中期相，同时还观察到减数分裂阻断后的各期分裂相。并发现黄鳝的第九对染色体在后期Ｉ提前分离；在减数分裂过程中出现多倍性终变期和二倍性不减数细胞，后者为鱼类多倍体育种提出了新的思路。本实验用性原细胞有丝分裂中期相和联会复合体进行了核型分析，结果与前人研究结果相符。
Immature gonads were taken from the abdominal cavity of M. albus treated withcolchicine solution. Observations were made on the metaphase of gonia mitosis, as well asvarious phases of meiosis had been inhibited. In anaphase I, No. 9 chromosome separated inadvance. Formations of polyploid diakinesis and diploid nonreductive gamete were also ob-served. Karyotype of the fish was analyzed by studying the metaphase of initosis andsynaptinemal complex, The results were in agreement with those of published studies.
